Northern Sydney Cycling Club are hosting a Women and Juniors Day on Sunday July 5. This special event is the perfect starting point for juniors or ladies who are looking for a challenge and may want to push themselves to the next level. The course is essentially flat and riders are never far from the start finish. This is event caters for riders U/9 up and all ladies.
This great initiative from Northern Sydney Cycling Club is a day of racing just for women and juniors. You will be the main event in a supportive and fun based environment. The grades for the day are:
Women’s race- A & B grade racing. Women’s race will be graded on the day by the NSCC handicapper.
Juniors will be mixed boys and girls U17 & U15. Juniors will be able to race up their age division but not down.
Racing registration on the day from 7.30 am.
8.15 am-U9,U13 Boy’s and girls.
8.45 am-U15,U17 Boys and girls.
9.15 am- Women A & B grades.
Women’s B Grade is suitable for all ladies who do not have any race experience but do have some group riding experience.
Entry Women, $20, Juniors $10. Please note that all MWCC members will have their cost of entry covered by MWCC.
Gold CA license and ASA helmet essential and must be verified on the day. Club kit or sanctioned CNSW kit OK. Otherwise plain kit with no advertising.
Total prize pool to total $1,500.Cash prizes for Women’s A and B grade.

Beauie is a 3 km course including 2 hairpin turns either end. Newcomers to Beauie with find the course flat and fast. Set in the scenic Berowra Bushland, Beauie is a favourite amongst the race cycling community and without the lumps of West Head, it is a great place to challenge yourself.
